Terms & Conditions
1. Nature Campsite
Camping La Gravouse is a small nature campsite with max. 25 pitches. You can drive on-site only when arriving or leaving — otherwise, park your car at the parking at the entrance.
Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Camper arrivals who need to drive to their pitch can do so until 9:30 PM. If your car is in the parking area, you can arrive on foot until 11:00 PM. Please be mindful of fellow campers and children at play.
Drive slowly with bikes and cars — everyone’s here to relax!
2. Arrival & Departure
Check-in: 3:00–7:00 PM (please stop by reception first).
Check-out: Check out at reception by 11:00 AM, leave your pitch by 12:00 PM.
3. Camping
On arrival, say hi at reception — we’ll show you to your spot.
Leave your pitch tidy on departure.
Not suitable for big campers or caravans — contact us if unsure.
Electricity is on all pitches except the walkers’ field.
Smoke-free site; no open fires or BBQs for safety.
4. Bell Tent & Gîte
Check in at reception — we’ll guide you to your tent or gîte.
Please leave it reasonably clean and put kitchen items back in place.
Smoke-free; no open fires or BBQs.
Departure: Bell tent & gîte by 11:00 AM.
5.Changes
Want to change your booking or details? Please let us know in time via email or phone.
6.Payments
Pay by cash or card.
7.Cancellations

Up to 1 month before arrival: 25% of the stay (excluding cleaning).

Up to 1 week before arrival: 50% of the stay (excluding cleaning).

Within 1 week or no-show: 100% of the stay (excluding cleaning).
Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
8.Liability
You stay at the campsite at your own risk. Visitors are responsible for any damage caused. We are not liable for injury, loss, or theft. Travel insurance is advised.
9.Safety
Playground use is at your own risk. Children without a swimming certificate and children up to 12 must be supervised at the pool.
10. Peace & Quiet
No amplified music on the campsite, please. Acoustic instruments like a guitar are welcome — just keep the volume low so it doesn’t disturb others. Listening to the radio is only allowed if others can’t hear it. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
11. Fire & BBQ
Due to the risk of forest fires, open fires, cooking on fires, BBQs, and any other form of open flame are strictly forbidden. Smoking is not allowed on the campsite.
12. Dogs & Pets
No dogs or other pets are allowed.
13. Septic Tank
Please use only biodegradable soap, dishwashing liquid, and shampoo. Do not flush tampons, sanitary pads, wet wipes, or anything similar — it can cause serious blockages. When washing dishes, make sure no food scraps go down the drain.
